Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born July 4th 1981 in United States is an American actor. She is well known for her appearances in the films Cowboys and Aliens, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You as well as for her roles on the television series, Angela's eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha holdsen is her present character for Rectify which airs on Sundance Channel. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress, who appears on television as well as in films. She became popular with her performances in the drama Rectify along with the sci-fi show Timeless. She hails from Gulf Breeze, Florida. In addition, she was first introduced to acting on the soap-opera All My Children. In recognition of her performance she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award as the most outstanding female newcomer. Her role was to be in guest roles over the course of several years. The role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson on the Television series Hawthorne earned her praise. Due to her stunning appearance as well as her acting talents She slowly built up a massive fan base. Her film debut came at 20 years old, playing a role in the film Campfire Stones. She has also appeared in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and a variety of other films. Because of her role in Beautiful Now, she was nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent appearance on television has been in the leading part of a history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi television series Timeless. Spencer was praised from critics for her role in the sci-fi television series Timeless. In addition, she was nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
